By accepting this contract, you declare:
1. That you are an adult, able to sign contracts and undertake legal acts in your own name.

These general terms (hereinafter "General Terms")
regulate the legal relationship that arises from the commissioned processes
realised among the users-clients (hereinafter "Customers") of this website
located at URL http://www.toolea.com and its various domains.
The Customers accept the General Terms of use from the
moment they use or contract the service. This document can be printed and
stored by users at all times. Toolea offers its users the email ayuda@toolea.com,
where they can raise any questions about the General Terms of use.
B. Applicable standards.
These general terms are subject to the regulations of
Law 7 / 1988 of 13 April on General Contract Conditions, Law 26/1984 of July 19,
General Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17,
1999, which regulates the Telephone and Electronic Contracting with general
conditions, Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and Law
34/2002 of July 11, Services to the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
If you live outside of Spain and by virtue of the legislation Spanish law is not
applicable, you cannot contract the services provided by Toolea.com.
Contracts concluded by electronic means produce all the effects
anticipated by law, where the consent and other requirements necessary for its
validity are present, under Art.23 of the Law 34/2002, of July 11, services of
the society of information.
C. Modification of the General Terms of Use.
Toolea.com may modify the General Terms of use
notifying customers in advance, in order to improve the services offered
through Toolea.com. By modifying the General Terms of use presented on
the website of Toolea.com, the duty of notification will be considered
as fulfilled.

D. Use of the service and responsibilities.
Toolea.com does not guarantee the continued availability

F. Annulment and ineffectiveness of the Clauses
If any clause in these General Terms of use
is declared fully or partially invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity
or unenforceability will affect only said clause or the part of it that
is invalid or ineffective, while the remaining parts will be upheld as
will the rest of the General Terms and such provision, or part thereof
that is considered affected, will be considered to have been removed.
