This agreement was written in Spanish (ES). To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Purpose.
The purpose of this document is to establish the General Terms of Use of the web page toolea.com and all of its registered domains
(from now on, referred to as Toolea), the ownership of Solutions and dynamic projects online, S.L., hereinafter the Company with
registered office at en Avda. de los Descubrimientos N69, Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz, España with Tax Identification Number
B72158058 and listed in the Mercantile Register of Cadiz, Volume 1965, section 189, page CA-39963., through their websites,
mobile applications and current and future platforms for independent programmers.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use in order to adapt to the laws applicable in each
region and time, the latest legislative changes and current market practices.
The use of any of the Services of Toolea assumes and expresses the user’s acceptance and agreement with all the General Terms of Use,
as published on this website at the time the user accesses Toolea and to the Special Conditions, if any, apply.
2. Terms of Access and Use of Toolea.

The use of any of the Services of Toolea attributes a User Status.
In case of not wanting to become a user DO NOT sign up, access, display its contents or use Toolea in any other way.

The actions that users must do are quoted by way of example, and are in no way limited or excluding:

or such which violate human rights.
2. Not introduce or spread via the network data programs (such as viruses and harmful software) capable of causing damage to

3. Not broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content elements that undermine fundamental
rights and liberties recognized by the Constitution and any international treaties.
4. Not broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content elements that constitute unlawful or
unfair advertising.
5. Not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes"
or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial areas) that have been specifically designed for it.
6. Not introduce or spread any false information and content that is ambiguous or inaccurate as to mislead the recipients of
the information.
7. Not impersonate other users using their account information and passwords to different services and / or contents of Toolea.
8. Not broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content elements that involve a
violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that are property of Toolea or third parties.
9. Not broadcast, transmit or make available to third parties any information or content elements that involve a
violation of the secrecy of communication and legislations on personal data protection.
10. Not include on our site any content that shows or promotes sexual, racial, or religious discrimination, or any
other breach of fundamental rights and freedoms recognized by the laws of Spain; users should not induce or incite illegal act or
lead others to erroneous conclusions due to inaccuracy, privacy of communications, intellectual property, honour and right to privacy,
or that incorporates content, messages or violent or degrading products.
3. Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The user acknowledges that all elements of the Company and each of the services provided through Toolea, the information and materials contained therein,
the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of content and software used are protected by intellectual property of the Company or third parties.
Unless authorized by the Company or, where appropriate, by third party rights holders, or unless it is legally permitted, the user may
not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, provide, make available or allow access to the public through any
means of communication to any of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph.
In particular, it is forbidden to use text, images, advertisements and any other item included in this web site for subsequent inclusion
in whole or in part, on other websites outside Toolea without the prior written permission of the Company.
The User shall not remove the signs identifying the rights (intellectual, industrial or otherwise) of the Company, Toolea or third
parties appearing on Toolea and in each of the various services offered through it. Also, the User shall not intent to manipulate any technical devices
set by the Company or by third parties, appearing in Toolea or in any of the Services, materials, items or information obtained through it, in order to
protect their rights.

The User is the owner of the information and data provided to Toolea and may ask for amendments or deletions at any time the user wants
with the exception of cases where such information has already been shared with others who had not eliminated or, in their turn, have copied or stored

The user authorizes Toolea to copy, distribute and publically transmit the content posted on Toolea by the user.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties. Responsibility.

The Company does not guarantee the availability, access and continuity of the functionality of Toolea and its Services.
The Company is not liable, within the limits of current legislations, for any damages caused to the user as a result of

or if the Company has exercised its best efforts to remove said content or data or make them
