One of the most important improvements of Toolea is now available to all of our users: a complete integration with external calendar service providers. Here we explain in detail how to sync your calendars quickly and easily.
You must first access Toolea and go to “Calendar” (you can also do the synchronization through Account Settings -> Syncro or the same Syncro button that you can find on your Homepage).
Click on “Synchronize Google Calendar”.
A new window will open where you should put a checkmark on Google Calendars and provide access to the application.

The next step will be to choose the Google Calendar that you wish to synchronize.

Once selected, you provide access and will be able to see that the application has been synchronized.

As you can see, the calendar has changed: now you have all events from Google Calendar for the next 30 days imported in Toolea and everything that you change either on Google Calendar or Toolea will be reflected in both platforms. Productive, don’t you think?
iCal and Outlook
Using iCal or Outlook is also not a problem. Simply add the Google Calendar that you have synchronized with Toolea and you will see all data from these platforms integrated. To do this on iCal, just click on “Preferences” -> “Account” -> ” bottom left button” -> “Account Type = Google”

Similarly, everything you change on iCal will be reflected on Google Calendars and Toolea and vice versa.
We hope this guide was helpful but please feel free to contact us via the “Toolea helpdesk” account regarding any questions about this new functionality.
All the best and see you on Toolea!
