Appears a warning message ("Invalid password") when I log in. What shall I do?
Click on "Forgot your password?" and you will receive an email with a new one. Once you access Toolea, you can change your password again.
Who can see my Profile?
Only people you want. To configure the privacy of your profile you have to access Toolea and click on "Edit Profile", "Privacy Settings"
Is my profile going to be indexed by search engines?
Only if you wish. You can decide whether to appear on search engines by clicking on "Edit Profile", "Privacy Settings".
How can I create a company profile with me as administrator?
If you are the real administrator or owner of a company you can create its company profile by clicking on "My Job", typing its name and including the information required.
Can I manage more than one company profiles?
Unfortunately not. You can only manage one company profile on Toolea.
My company is already registered on Toolea but it has no owner (administrator). Could I claim it?
Of course. To claim your company you have to click on "Claim" on the company profile. Once we accept your request, you could stay in touch with people "interested" in it and publish content on your profile. None of your previous company information will be lost.
Can I add all the products and projects I want to the connections of my company?
Yes. This is the best choice to show the real image of your company.
How many people can be administrators of my company?
You can appoint as many administrators as you wish. The only condition is for them to be members of the company. Once they are administrators, they would be able to edit the whole information of your company, including connections with other companies, products, projects and people "interested" in your brand.
What is a commercial on Toolea?
To ease the management of your company you (as an administrator) can appoint as a commercial every member (co-worker) of your company. Once a new commercial is appointed, s/he can communicate in the name of the company with your target and other companies, send them private messages, reports and relevant files on "B2B".
Note: Commercials are not the real commercials of your company. This is the word we give to people who are in charge of the communication of your company on Toolea.
Why do I have the option to submit a price for a product when I submit a new company connection?
By submitting the price of a product, your company will appear at the external profile of it. This is a fantastic way to attract new customers.
Can any user publish content on my company profile?
Only people "interested" in your company can publish on your external profile.
What is "My Job"?
“My Job” is a safe private space where you can communicate with your co-workers without limits. There you can share files, send tasks with an ending date and priority, organize your work with comments and messages and work online anywhere.
How could I access to my company Intranet?
To access to your company’s Intranet you have to click on "My Job", type the name of your company, create it or click on it if it already exists and click again on "I work here". Remember that your request has to be accepted by an administrator of your company.
There is a member on "My Job" that does not really work in my company. What can I do about it?
If you are an administrator you can dismiss him/her by clicking on "Dismiss" at the right side of "My Job"
If you are not an administrator you must inform the responsible person (administrator) about the issue. You will find administrators in the grey box that appears on the right side of "My Job" under the title: "Administrators".
I cannot access to the external profile of my company
To see the external profile of your company you have to click on "My Job" >> "Branding" (blue).
How can I manage "B2B"?
By clicking on "B2B", you can access all your business connections on Toolea. Here you can add new connections to companies, products and projects by typing their name in the central box and clicking on "Add to my connections" on their external profiles.
Deleting a business connection is easy- just go to the external profile of the company, product or project and click on "Delete connection".
How can create my CV?
Creating your CV is very easy. Just go to your profile, click on (Edit) and fill the information about your experience, education, languages...
Can I add companies I used to work for even if they are not represented on Toolea?
Of course. Once you are at "Experience" you can add all the companies you work(ed) for. They will be created as "not claimed companies".
What is B2B (Business-To-Business)?
B2B is the perfect place to stay in contact with all your company’s connections. Here you can send reports, files and all the comments you wish, always from a professional point of view.
How do I manage "B2B"?
By clicking on "B2B", you can access all your business connections on Toolea. Here you can add new connections to companies, products and projects by typing their name in the central box and clicking on "Add to my connections" on their external profiles.
Here you can also create new products and projects owned by your company in order to attract new customers and let other companies connect with you.
Can I send reports to more than one company?Delete a business connection is easy- just go to the external profile of a company, product or project and click on "Delete connection".
Yes. When you type in a new comment or report on "B2B" (Business-To-Business) under the "comment box", you will see an "All" icon. It indicates that you can send this report to all the companies you have connections with. By clicking there you can select which company will receive this information, choosing one, two or a whole group (clients, suppliers, others).
What is "Interests?
As a professional, you can be "interested" in various companies, products, projects or sectors. Once you click on "I'm interested", you will be able to publish on their profile, receive new offers, discounts and updates and stay in touch with them.
Can I create a new Company, Product or Project?
Yes, as many as you wish. Under "Interests" you can add new companies, products or projects just by typing a name in the central box.
What file format can I share on Toolea?
You can upload/share any file format on Toolea: .doc, .xls, .avi... as long as the size is smaller than 200Mb
Is there a limit to the files I can share on Toolea?
You can share as many files as you want as long as they don’t surpass 1GB in total.
I want to upload a file without sharing it, is it possible?
Yes. Under "Files” you will find "My private cloud"(on the right side). There you can upload files without sharing them.
What is a Work Group?
A work group is a private place where members can share files, information, comments, tasks, etc. It helps teams to better organize tasks while working online.
How many files can we share?
You can share files up to 250MB per workgroup.
Can anyone invite people to became members of a work group?
Only administrators can invite other members to a work group except when the work group has been created with the tick "Let anyone invite to this group".
How will receive the work groups invitations?
You will receive an Alert in your email. If you check "Work Groups", on the right side you will see an invitation with the picture of the user who invited you.
